Rates reflect the depth of annotation and the number of cohort segments, not a software licence. Exact quotes follow a short scoping call.

What moves a quote

Deposits
Flagship maps require a 40% deposit to reserve the calendar slot. Briefing sessions are payable in full on booking. Retainers invoice monthly in advance. See refunds for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
