Charts, notes, and templates we create for a paid commission transfer to the client as described in the engagement letter. The MapleCore name, site design, and unpublished methods remain ours. You may not scrape, republish, or resell site content without written consent.
Client responsibilities
You confirm you have rights to share data extracts with us and that materials do not knowingly infringe third-party rights. You remain responsible for decisions made using our charts.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MapleCore Service Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or business interruption arising from site use or commissions. Our aggregate liability for a commission is limited to fees paid for that commission unless applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under English law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
